How do you access my data?
We utilise secure platforms and agreed-upon access methods to handle your data. All processes adhere to strict data protection regulations. We will discuss and agree on the most suitable method for your business during our onboarding.
Is my data secure?
Yes, data security is paramount at Trust Tree VBA. We employ robust security measures, and strict access controls, to protect your sensitive information. I am fully compliant with GDPR and AML regulations. A copy of our Privacy Policy will be provided along with our Service Agreement before work commences.
How do I pay you? Is payment required upfront?
Payment methods and schedules will be clearly outlined in our service agreement. Generally, for one of services, a 40% (non-refundable) deposit will be required upfront with the remainder of payment due on completion of the work. For retainer packages, payment is required upfront in full before any work will commence. Payment can be made by Bank Transfer only.

Can we have a face to face meeting?
While our services are primarily virtual, we understand the value of personal connection. For clients in or near Driffield, UK, face-to-face meetings can be arranged by appointment. Otherwise, virtual meetings are always available via Zoom.
How do I cancel a retainer agreement?
Details regarding the cancellation of retainer agreements, including notice periods, are clearly outlined in our Terms of Business. Please refer to your agreement or contact me for assistance.
